January is almost over, but the days are still short and dark,
call a friend, meet at a bakery, order a big, fat, luscious cupcake
and a hot dark cup of coffee. Bask in the warmth of a wonderful conversation. We're all on diets, yes, but once in a while a treat is in order. Treat yourself to time spent with friends. Treat yourself to happy thoughts of places you want to travel. Treat yourself to the dreams you want to reach, the things you are going to create this year.
